IS IT BETTER TO SUCCEED AS A TEAM OR INDIVIDUALLY?

 

Succeeding whether individually or as part of a team is irrelevant the main point is that you succeed. For example, if you succeed by yourself you won’t be tied down to anyone or feel like you owe them because you know the glory is all on you which creates less pressure. However, on the other hand, if you do succeed as a team you could all celebrate together, knowing you built something incredible and have created an amazing foundation of trust among yourselves that you might not find anywhere else. Focusing on the details of which can be better, whether succeeding individually or as a team is useless because no matter which option you choose the outcome is still the same whether you or your group have succeeded.
